Versy Live · ScorePulse
Effective 8 October 2026 · Last updated 8 October 2026
This policy explains what Versy Live (“the app”) collects, why, and who it is shared with. It is written to match what the app actually does.
Versy Live does not have user accounts. You are never asked for a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photograph or payment details, and the app has no login of any kind. We do not ask for or store any information that identifies you personally.
The app itself requests only four Android permissions: internet access, network state, notifications, and the ability to keep the screen on during playback. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or phone state.
| Data | Why | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising ID and ad interaction data | To show adverts and prevent the same advert repeating | CAS.AI and its advertising partners |
| App usage events (screens opened, features used) and crash data | To see which parts of the app are used and to find faults | Google Firebase Analytics |
| Device model, Android version, language, and an app-generated messaging token | To deliver push notifications about matches | Google Firebase Cloud Messaging |
| IP address | Unavoidable when any app connects to a server; used to return content and to estimate country for adverts | Our servers and the services above |
None of this is sold. We do not build profiles about individual people, and we do not combine this data with anything that would identify you.
Your favourite teams and the most recent match list are saved in the app’s own private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
Adverts are served through CAS.AI, which works with several advertising networks. These partners may use your device’s advertising ID to choose which adverts to show and to measure them.
You can reset or delete this identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your device. Choosing “Delete advertising ID” stops personalised advertising; you will still see adverts, but they will be less relevant.
Where the law requires it — including for users in California and other US states with similar rules — the app signals limited data use to its advertising partners.
Push notifications are optional. Android asks for your permission the first time, and you can turn them off whenever you like in your phone’s app settings. If you refuse or turn them off, everything else in the app continues to work.
Versy Live shows scores, fixtures and links to live sports content. Some content is supplied by third parties and opens in the app’s player. We do not record what you watch against any identifier, and we do not share a viewing history with anyone, because we do not keep one.
Versy Live is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the app and you want the related data removed, write to us and we will act on it.
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area, or a place with comparable law, you may ask us what data relating to you we hold, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its use. Because the app holds no account and no identifying information, we will usually need the advertising ID or messaging token from your device to find anything at all. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
The services the app relies on — Google Firebase and CAS.AI with its advertising partners — operate servers in several countries, so data may be processed outside the country you are in. These providers operate under their own data-transfer safeguards.
Traffic between the app and our servers uses encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but since the app holds no accounts, passwords or payment details, there is no such information to lose.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new “last updated” date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
